Automated backups are scheduled to recover the EC2 instance from disaster we have two different services to schedule automated backups and Data Lifecycle Manager.
Below are the steps to create Data lifecycle Manager
1.Select ec2 and in instance settings click on manage tags give the name and tag
2.In elastic block store we have life cycle manager and we need to select EBS-Backed-Ami-policy
3.Need to give target resource and policy description
4.Need to select deafult IAM role under schedule details we can give details to take backup it is count based.
